Trio-project ltd. was established in mid-2005 and today employs three experts from different fields of architecture and construction.

ACTIVITIES

Designing

Trio-projekt has signed a Business Collaboration Agreement with 9 companies from Croatia and Slovenia that employ a total of 150 employees, of which 54 are licenced designers of all professions, members of chambers (29 in Croatia and 25 in Slovenia).

We develop solutions and projects for production, industrial, business, residential and family facilities.

Construction

The company Trio-projekt d.o.o., in cooperation with proven subcontractors of all professions, has human resources as well as material and technical resources to perform the most demanding types of work such as:

○ construction of new buildings or renovation of the existing ones
○ construction craft works of all professions
○ electrical installations
○ plumbing and sewerage
○ mechanical installations (heating and cooling systems, ventilation, air conditioning and air recuperation)

After performing all the works, the contractor guarantees the quality and gives a warranty.

Building supervision

Supervision during the execution of following types of work:

○ construction craft works
○ water supply and sewerage
○ electrical installation
○ landscaping and installation of technological equipment

Supervising engineers control the quality and quantity of installed materials and equipment, follow the agreed deadlines and participate in the calculation of work performed. They regularly inform the investor about the stage of works on the construction site.

We are able and we have experience to perform building supervision on the most complex facilities.

INVESTMENTS

Company Trio-projekt ltd. is able to take over the entire engineering business for our investors, from studying general urban plans (GUP), checking the possibility of building on cadastral parcels, assistance in buying building land, making conceptual and final architectural solutions, parcelling and geodetic bases, construction of buildings, obtaining a use permit, registration in the cadastre and land register.

REFERENCES

Merkur osiguranje d.d.

We did the reconstruction of the 4th, 5th and 6th floor of the office building - done in two phases. Floors, ceilings, walls, electrical installations of high and low electricity, heating, ventilation and air conditioning have been reconstructed. The reconstruction provided business premises for following companies: Neos, Poliklinika Wellife, Merkur Lifestyle, Lufthansa and Real Grupa.

Poliklinika Wellife

Poliklinika Wellife is located on the 4th floor of the office building Merkur osiguranje d.d. in Ulica kneza Ljudevita Posavskog 31.

The area of reconstruction was approximately 750 m2. The job was focused on reconstruction of floors, ceilings, partition walls made of drywall panels, glass walls, electrical installations, water and drainage, air conditioning and ventilation. The reconstruction was made by our company within two months.

Neos

The company Neos is located on the 5th and 6th floor of the business building of Merkur osiguranje d.d.

The reconstruction included floors, ceiling, walls, partition walls, glass walls with aluminum frame, electrical installations of high and low electrical current, fire alarms, heating, cooling, air conditioning, ventilation and water and drainage.

The area of the 5th and 6th floors is approximately 1200 m2, and the whole job was completed within two months.

PSK Krško

For the owners of houses and apartments in tourist resort Bučanje on the island of Lošinj, we did all the necessary documentation for the legalization of illegally renovated buildings in the period from 2012 to 2017. We have prepared documentation for the legalization of 322 accommodation units out of a total of 420 units.

For the needs of infrastructure reconstruction in tourist resort Bučanje, we worked on the preliminary and main project of reconstruction of water supply, sewerage, electrical installation, traffic areas, pedestrian paths, rain drainage channels, outdoor lighting, fiber optics (optical cable).

Grading

For investor from company Grading, we have created conceptual design and we have obtained a building permit for the purpose of construction of furniture factory. The factory is 3000 square meters in size and it is located in city of Bedekovčina. We were also included in work during the construction as the construction supervision.

Euromilk

For company Euromilk we have created conceptual design, obtained the location and building permit and detailed design for the purpose of construction of milk factory. The factory is 1050 square meters in size and it is located in city of Beloslavec.

Overseas Express

For renowed company, Overseas Express, we have created conceptual design, location and building permit for the purpose of construction of distribution center. Additional work such as terrain reparcelling and geotechnical investigation work were also done. The center is 5500 square meters in size.

Piazza Italia

For investor from city of Rijeka we have created main architectural project for obtaining a building permit (store is located in WTC Rijeka); store is 1950 square meters in size. At a later stage we were also included in project in the role of construction supervision.

Butan plin

Creating of project documentation for obtaining building permit (architectural project, construction project, electrical installation project, mechanical installation project, project for installation of technological equipment, fire protection study). At a later stage we were doing the construction supervision during craft and installation work.

Končar - Power transformers

Conceptual and main project for construction of warehouse for packing and shipping. We were also doing the construction supervision at the warehouse for packing.

Lufthansa

Interior design for one of the offices - craft work, electrical installations, water and sewerage.

Mandić-Kran

Construction supervision during the construction of the production warehouse.

INA

Conceptual design and cost estimate project for the interior redesign of office space that is 878 square meters in size.

Petrol

We have created project for reconstruction of gas station, B.P. Ivanec and project for reconstruction of roof for the gas station - village Korija near city of Virovitica.

Gradska plinara Zagreb

We have created detailed design and conducted the construction supervision during the adaptation of administrative building.

Tisak

Interior design project with cost estimate for adaptation of selling points on different locations which vary from 10 to 40 sqm in size.

Faculty of teacher education, University of Zagreb

Creation of projects for adaptation of university premises.

Zagorka

Conceptual design, location and building permit for fireplaces and tile kiln factory; production and sales area of 7500 square meters. Final stage included our service of construction supervision of a production plant of 1900 square meters.

Pet-prom

Development of projects of the constructed condition of buildings.

Solera

Main project for obtaining building permit (store in WTC Rijeka), 55 squre meters in size. Final works included decoration with furniture on locations WTC Rijeka and Getro Novi Zagreb for the Elexia store brand.

DM

Creation of project documentation and documenting the existing condition of a few smaller sale points.

City of Zagreb

Conceptual design of the entrance to the 6th police station in Lanište, Zagreb. Conceptual design of the administration building in the municipality of Sesvete.
