DESIGNING
Trio-projekt has signed a Business Collaboration Agreement with 9 companies from Croatia and Slovenia, which employ a total of 150 employees, of which 54 are certified designers of all professions, members of chambers (29 in Croatia and 25 in Slovenia).

CONSTRUCTION
The company Trio-projekt doo, in cooperation with proven subcontractors of all professions, possesses human resources as well as material and technical means to perform the most demanding types of work, such as:
Construction works on a new building or on the adaptation of an existing one
crafts of all kinds
electrical installations
plumbing and sewage installation
mechanical installations
After the execution of all works, the contractor guarantees the quality and gives a guarantee.
NADZOR
Supervision during execution:
construction and craft works
water supply and sewage
electrical installation
landscaping and installation of technological equipment
Supervising engineers control the quality and quantity of installed materials and equipment, monitor contracted deadlines, participate in the calculation of completed works. They regularly report to the investor on the status of works on the construction site.
We are able and have the experience to carry out supervision on the most complex facilities.
